Medical billing
We prepare and submit claims for the services your providers deliver. Billing is detailed, repetitive work that has to be done right — and it competes with everything else your office has to do. Our team takes it on as our day-to-day focus.
Collection services
A submitted claim isn't a paid claim. We follow up on outstanding balances and unpaid claims, working them through collection so the revenue your practice has earned is actually received.
Coding
Accurate coding is the foundation of clean billing. Our coding services support the billing process for the care your practice provides, across all specialties and primary care.
Practice management software — Greenway Intergy
We can also offer a practice management software solution using the Greenway Intergy suite of software. It gives your practice a proven system for the day-to-day work of running the practice, alongside the billing, collections, and coding we handle for you. The Intergy suite is our preferred platform.
The suite also includes an electronic health record (EHR). The EHR is quoted separately — call us, tell us about your practice, and we will provide a quote for it apart from the practice management solution.
If your practice already uses different software, that does not have to be a barrier. We have experience with several other practice management software systems, and we are willing to work with other software partners upon review. Call us and we will talk through your current setup.

Pre-authorization is a natural companion to billing: approvals secured ahead of time support the claims that follow. It is, however, a distinct service — it is not bundled into our billing and collection services.
What it costs
Pre-authorization is carved out as an additional service at an additional cost, separate from your billing arrangement. Elaine Warner founded Healthcare Billing Inc. in 1998, bringing over 30 years of medical billing experience to physician practices. Before opening the business, she worked in practices in roles from front desk to practice manager, giving her a firsthand understanding of how a practice runs day to day.
Healthcare Billing Inc. is a solely woman-owned business located in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, and a trusted partner to its clients for billing, collections, and coding.
Her goal is simple: to take the billing burden off practices so they can focus on patient care.
